Grounded4Life products are wellness products intended to support general wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or replace medical treatment for any disease, illness or medical condition.
1. Individual results will vary
The experiences, testimonials, reviews and results shared on the Grounded4Life website, social media pages, advertisements and other promotional materials are individual experiences.
Results are not guaranteed.
The fact that other customers have reported positive experiences does not mean that you will experience the same results. Individual responses may differ substantially depending on factors including, but not limited to, age, general health, lifestyle, sleep habits, diet, stress levels, existing medical conditions, medication, and other individual circumstances.

8. Electrical grounding connection
Where a Grounded4Life product is supplied with a grounding cord intended to connect to the grounding/earth terminal of a compatible electrical outlet, the product must be used only as instructed.
The grounding connection is not intended to supply mains electricity to the sheet.
Consumers should not modify, repair or alter the grounding cord, plug or product.
If you are uncertain whether an electrical outlet is correctly grounded, have it inspected by a suitably qualified electrician before using the product.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
Where South African law requires a consumer to receive a particular right, remedy, warranty, protection or standard of service, that right or protection remains unaffected by this Disclaimer.
